With I Can Read Music (Violin, Volume 1) you can easily teach even the youngest of students basic note and rhythm reading in an easy-to-use format. This book is widely used by many teachers, especially those teaching the Suzuki Method. Also available is I Can Read Music (Viola, Volume 1) and I Can Read Music (Cello, Volume 1).
Having the right strings on your instrument means a lot. Here are some strings that will help you at every level of your playing. Be sure to order the correct sized string for you instrument (e.g for a 1/4 sized violin, order 1/4 sized strings).
Great for beginners; clear tone at a reasonable price.
The next level of string – for the intermediate to advanced violinist, violist, or cellist. These strings, the standard among many professional players, are a good value for a good price.

When purchasing a shoulder rest and/or fine tuners, be sure to select the proper size accessory for your instrument (e.g. for a 1/2 sized violin, order a 1/2 sized shoulder rest / 1/2 sized fine tuners).
